The subclass 403 visa is a temporary visa that employers can sponsor an employee in circumstances that improve Australia's international relations.
This subclass 403 visa stream allows a person to work in Australia under the terms and conditions of a bilateral agreement between Australian government or a state/territory Government and government of another country.
This subclass 403 stream lets you come to Australia for work in Australia as a representative of a foreign government agency, or employed by a foreign government as a foreign language teacher in an Australian school.
This subclass 403 visa stream lets a person aged 18 years or older do temporary full time domestic work in Australia in the household of someone who holds a Diplomatic (Temporary) visa (subclass 995).
This subclass 403 visa stream lets you come to Australia if you have or expect to have privileges and immunities under relevant legislation. You can stay in Australia on this visa while you are working as an international representative.
This subclass 403 visa stream lets you come to Australia to participate in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) scheme.
This subclass 403 visa stream allows Indian graduates and early career professionals to live and work in Australia for up to 2 years. Applicants must be selected in a ballot to apply.
If you have spouse/partner and kids, they can not be included in your subclass 403 visa application.
The visa holders will have full work rights in Australia and must continue to work with their nominating employer.

Base application charge for non PALM stream: A$365, Additional applicant who is at least 18: A$365; Additional applicant who is less than 18: A$95.
Domestic Worker (Diplomatic or Consular): 50% of applications in 19 Days, 90% of applications in 7 Months; Foreign Government Agency: 50% of applications in 11 Days, 90% of applications in 50 Days; Government Agreement: 50% of applications in 10 Days, 90% of applications in 82 Days; Pacific Australia Labour Mobility Scheme: 50% of applications in 13 Days, 90% of applications in 24 Days; Privileges and Immunities: 50% of applications in 19 Days, 90% of applications in 3 Months.

For all Applicants to be included in the application
1. Identity documents such as passport, birth certificate, proof of name change such as marriage or divorce certificate.
2. If you are or have been married, widowed, divorced or permanently separated, provide proof such as marriage certificates, divorce documents, death certificates, separation documents or statutory declarations.
3. Provide an overseas police certificate from every country, including your home country, where you spent a total of 12 months or more in the last 10 years since you turned 16, any military service records or discharge papers if you served in the armed forces of any country.
4. Passport size photographs.

5. All academic certificates and transcripts.
6. Employment reference letters and evidence of payslips.
7. English test results such as IELTS or PTE Academic or TOEFL or OET.
8. Any professional registration or license certificate.
9. Your curriculum vitae or resume that includes your full employment and educational history, including dates and positions held within last ten years.
10. Bank statements, tax records and superannuation record (If Skills Assessment is required).
All documents are to be color pdf files. Where documents are not in english, an authorised translated version needs to be provided.
